The bugs in the room were good, not to mention the entire staff acting like they were royalty. It's amusing how the bathroom was stocked with an empty gel container. Honestly, i expected a complimentary upgrade for that dreadful experience, but really didn't even get a simple apology. Almost woudl ve been good enough for a 5 star review, but couldn't.

Perfect place, functional rooms, welcoming staff. Very clean modern building and rooms for 3 beds. A huge variety of options, FINE food. Location - good and easy, near the Heidelberg old town, and the main attraction area, the bus station and the center. Also, near city centre.

B&B Hotel Heidelberg hit the mark for our family trip. The family room felt spacious. Beds were cozy, and the bathroom was super clean. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. The variety of options, especially the hot drinks, was a delight, complemented by the nice ambiance around the dining area. Access to the city center was easy-about a 25-minute walk or a quick bus ride made exploring hassle-free. Parking was a mixed bag. Although it's available, finding a spot on the busy streets can be challenging. The self-check-in was a bit clunky, especially when dealing with multiple rooms. We encountered some frustration when the system froze, but staff were helpful and resolved it quickly. Noise from street traffic was noticeable, which affected the peacefulness of our stay. Still, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives was nice this hotel a solid choice for budget-conscious travelers.

B & B offersnice and neat rooms, with air conditioning that was essential during the summer heat. The self-check-in process was straightforward, nice for flexibility in arrival times. Located just a short 15-minute walk from the city center, it's a great option for business travelers needing easy access to Heidelberg's attractions.
The neighborhood lacks entertainment options.

Seriously uncomfortable furniture choices, inadequate room storage, unreliable Wi-Fi security!!! The noise from the busy street was a significant distraction, even with the A/C running. It's not exactly a cute ambiance!!!

The self-check-in was super easy and I loved that I had free parking right outside! They also had a nice lounge area for chill time and a cozy little garden to relax in. The only downside was a bit of noise from the street, but it didn't ruin my vibe at all. 😊

Solo traveler value
The warm welcome was something significant, you could feel the hospitality and it just, like family or something. And I didn't have to go out for food, the pizza was pretty good! Not having to stress about finding a restaurant was nice.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what I got, it was still fair enough.

We enjoyed our stay with the family room being spacious and clean, perfect for our two kids. The hotel is in a good location, with easy access to public transport nearby.
My wife says that a children's play area would be a great addition.
